[monitors are below text]
Here are the top best, most popular, most highly rated 4K monitors running at 60 hertz of 2017. When buying a 4K monitors, make that they are run at 60 hertz or higher otherwise you will notice flickering / lagging when moving windows, playing videos or games. There are still a few 24 or 30 hertz monitors out there mixed with the 60 hertz ones so it's important to be extra vigilant.
NOTE: For best results, make sure that the monitors have a small bezel (the borders around the monitors).
NOTE: Also, if you're planning to build a multiple monitors computers, the monitors might need a VESA mount so you can put them in a grid pattern on after market monitor stands.
WHY THESE?: There are a LOT of monitors and quite a few ones that are curved, but the ones you'll find below are curated from my experience as I picked only the best, most popular, best rated monitors out there.
TRADING STOCK? READ THIS: If you're trading stocks (day trading or longer term trading), then 4K monitors are really the BEST you can have, especially if you can have 2, 3 or 4 monitors like that. The higher the resolution (4K, or 3840 x 2160 or higher), the more precise your charts will be on your screen and the more details you'll make out and the more individual charts you'll be able to put on screen. Also, when taking one chart full-screen, it will be much clearer and easier to draw your patterns on it (head & shoulders, down wedges, etc). If you want to trade stock at a high level, you need the right tools.
For stock trading, I recommend Motivewave software. I've tried quite a few software (DDPlus, QuoteTracker, etc) and most of them are limited and can't be well customized or don't work very well on multi-monitor computers. But try it first to see if it's a good fit with your style here. One of the biggest strength of this trading software is that YOU ONLY PAY ONCE and you have unlimited uses as opposed to pretty much all other software that cost X per month, which. I don't know about you, but I'd much rather pay just once for something.
